After a tumultuous 2020, the world is finally beginning to see a flicker of light at the end of the long tunnel. Though a Covid-19 vaccine is on it’s way to mass market, the population as a whole must still contend with virus and it’s astounding effects on the economy as well as the way we work. 

Many companies have made the transition to a remote-friendly set up. Now companies must contend with how to maintain - or in some cases, create - an inclusive culture that can stand the test of not only time, but also distance.
